There’s more to do at lunchtime than eat
As Ive grown older, Ive come to realize that life is short. While it’s true that many of us are living longer, the reality is most of us will spend 50-60 hours on work related tasks each week, according to some studies (Schabner, 2017).
When you throw in personal obligations, like family and household chores, it’s no surprise most of us don’t get enough sleep. Can you relate?
That’s why I recently decided to get in a little “afternoon delight” during the workweek. It’s not an everyday thing. But at least once a month, I try to get drained on my lunch hour (or drain someone else).
What Ive discovered is that after I feed a guy, I’m a much more productive worker. Moreover, I experience a massive release of stress after nutting.
Sorry for being graphic but I’m just trying to keep it real.
Here’s the thing – per scientific research, it’s actually a good thing to get your groove on during workhours. A recent report released in Psychological Science explores the importance of leisure time in conjunction to productivity (O’Brien, 2017).
The lead researcher, Ed O’Brien, a social psychologist at the University of Chicago, asked participants if they would enjoy something pleasurable if they knew work lay ahead.
What they discovered is that when participants engaged in hedonistic activities while leaving work undone, they actually felt more fufilled. What’s more, they were able to satisfy important psychological needs and live in the moment.
“It may be that too often, people postpone pleasure to get work done first,” said O’Brien in an article appearing in Psychology Today.
That’s important to point out because when we’re too attached to work, we rob ourselves of experiencing unique pleasures. Think about it. How focused are you on releasing during a looming deadline?
But if you can swing it, you should think about releasing all of that pressure – if even just for a half hour – via sex. Doing so encourages certain health benefits.
Examples include increased mood, greater circulation, the purging of pent up energy and clearing of the gonad system. Other benefits include feeling sexually alive and valued.

I’m not saying you should get your shag on daily. But I am suggesting that allowing time for occassional “fun” can make you healthier and more productive.
One of my favorite things to do is to connect with a hookup buddy and take turns. While we don’t have any hard and fast rules, it usually works out that I’ll feed him and the next time, he feeds me.
The best part is that it’s quick, enjoyable and no strings.
So there you have it folks. The next time you clock into work, remember you take your lunch hour. Instead of eating at your desk, why not milk out?
You could end up a whole lot happier. Life is too short.
